I participated in the NYC Digital Reinvent Green Hackathon. Our tiny little team developed a pretty awesome iPhone app for bike pooling. It was a weekend project. I had never done a hackathon before and I'm glad that I did it atleast once.

The app enabled bikers to ride in groups. By plotting down a few routes, we setup meeting locations so that you could meet your fellow bikers at a specific time.

BikePool won the award for Best Transportation App.
